Retreat packages
The retreats run throughout the week and weekend, all year, including winter, but are limited to 4 residential spaces each month, so that I can give you the attention you deserve. Just check my availability calendar for the start date you have in mind. Check-in time is from 1.30pm (after lunch) on day 1, departing at 3pm on your final day. For each night you stay, dinner, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Plus snacks. And chocolate. There can never be enough chocolate. Your investment includes one x 1 hour online support and integration session, a few weeks after your retreat ends, if you book a therapeutic retreat.
